I moved to Amantel services to call my parents and relatives in India. I would say that what I heard from my friends was so true about Amantel. They are the best. I l appreciate their assisted customer service Spoke to Roy. It is so easy to make a call with the speed dial feature of Amanetl. The call clarity is the best and I never had a disconnected experience. I am going to stick with Amantel as long as they maintain these levels of service that any customer looks for. I have been using Amantel services for about 31/2 years. I find them one of the best international calling services. They are cheap and quality of calls is very good.

Using Amantel for more than a year to call India from Australia. Good Service and hassle free dialing. As a loyal customer, I expect some vouchers or extra talk time.

Your rate is a little bit higher than others especially with the service fee. I found another company that gives more minute with almost the rate. This company gives 1000 minutes $28, while you give 700 minutes for 27.50 2.50 is service fee for $25. Functionality and call quality are all the same.

Amantel does not do a good job in honoring its loyal customers. Hence, some of us will keep looking and possible dropping our loyalty.

I have used your cards for a while now and all has been well. I made call in December using your card and apparently, AT and T claimed that you did not make the connection and since they are my provider, they went ahead and made the connection and charged me over $150. Is this how your cards work eventually?

The call rates to Kenya are quite high when the expectation is a decrease in the same since their is infrastructure improvement in Kenya. Amantel should cooperate with providers in Kenya to improve service and bring the call rates down.
